Russian Appetite Seasoning for Salmon 15g
A special seasoning that gives salmon and other red fish dishes an exquisite taste and aroma.
Recommended dosage: 1-2 tablespoons per 1 kg of fish.
Cooking method: clean the fish (1 kg in the middle of the carcass).
Remove the skin in the direction from the head, rinse thoroughly, cut along the ridge, and separate the ridge.
Coarse salt (2 tablespoons) mixed with sugar (1 tablespoon) and seasoning.
With this mixture, rub the fish, put the remaining mixture on a clean cloth, wrap the fish in it, then put it in a bowl and place under a light pressure (cover with a plate).
Put the bowl in the fridge for 1-2 days.
Serve ready fillets to the table as a snack, garnished with lemon and black olives.
Ingredients: sugar, black pepper peas, ground allspice, ground coriander, edible salt, crushed dried paprika, mustard seeds, ground red pepper, dried garlic - pieces, ground bay leaf, ground clove.
