Q. When do you send my order?
A. All orders are sent away once per week on Monday.
Q. How long does it take for the order to arrive to my address?
A. Perishable items take 1 day before they arrive to your address. General items may take 1-3 days for delivery depending on your destination.
Q. What if I order more then 25kg of product at a time?
A. The maximum weight of any single parcel can not be over 25kg. If your order is over maximum allowance the shipping calculator will split the order into two parcels and both parcels incure shipping cost accordingly.
