Master Fish Cold-Smoked Sprats 200g
Smoked sprat used for cooking interesting and original dishes, which it gives the taste of smoke.
You can add it to a salad, or make a sandwich with fresh vegetables and greens.
A small amount of sprat can give the usual homemade fish soup a taste “like in nature” when a burning wood is dipped into the ready soup.
Cut into small pieces, it will brighten up any stewed fish dish, and in a mixture with boiled cereals - rice, wheat, or even corn, can be an excellent filling for snack pies.
Due to its small size, smoked sprat is difficult to clean from the bones, but it is not necessary - they are easy to chew, and give the body a maximum of useful minerals: potassium, calcium, phosphorus.
The fat contained in sprat, for the most part consists of omega-3 fatty acids, which slow down the aging process, are active against free radicals.
