Our spaetzle is crafted using cage-free eggs and sustainable produce.
Bechtle Spaetzle German Egg Noodles are premium egg pasta noodles made in the traditional way with only cage-free eggs and high quality durum wheat semolina! They are wonderfully eggy and dumpling-like but rolled into familiar noodle shapes. Serve with your choice of meat dish, over sauce, or even by itself with some bacon and butter!
Enjoy and taste how different yet delicious egg pasta can be - German farm style.
Cooking instructions: Boil 1 quart water and 1 tsp. salt per 4. oz of Spaetzle. Add the Spaetzle to the salted boiling water and cook on high for approximately 13 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then strain, serve and enjoy!
