Bonchef Porcini Trifolati w/Herbs in Sunflower Oil 790g
Porcini Mushrooms sauteed in sunflower oil are suitable for the preparation of both first and second courses.
With a little additional of oil or butter, porcini trifolati make a wonderful sauce for pasta or gnocchi or even polenta just by itself, or in combination with tomatoes, or with the addition of broth and/or cream that you then reduce down to a nice saucy consistency. The latter mushroom cream sauce is wonderful with meat also.
Just drain the porcini mushrooms, add chopped parsley and enjoy. You can also warm a little oil, fry a clove of garlic in it, then add the mushrooms already drained and let it go on a slow fire for 4-6 minutes.
