Kinneret Farm’s natural silan date syrup is produced from only the finest dates, using its own unique method.
It is prepared by slow cooking of dates and filtering. Liquid texture and delicate taste sweeter than honey.
Silan is naturally sweet and free from additives, making it a healthy alternative that can be added to almost any dish.
Also known as ‘rub’, date syrup is a very sweet, thick liquid that adds richness, depth and subtle caramel notes to many Middle Eastern recipes.
Drizzle over yoghurt, mix with tahini and spread over toast, or incorporate into a salad dressing.
No added colours or preservatives.
