The vanilla icing sugar to paneangeli veil is perfect for sprinkling the surface of the sweets or used in the creation of icings.
It can be substituted for granulated sugar in the preparation of short pastry cakes, biscuits, meringues, creams, mousses, semifreddo and many other desserts.
Its use gives the dough a fine and smooth texture, excellent malleability and a delicate scent of vanilla.
Ingredients: sugar, starch, flavourings (with lactose).
