Melvit's portioned groat packets are high quality roasted buckwheat groats from Poland that are one of the many fine selections of groats we offer.
One of the many nice recipes for white buckwheat can be made at home with simple ingredients.
How to prepare:
1. Boil 1 Litre of water, lightly salt it.
2. Put 1 sachet of Melvit buckwheat into boiling water.
3. Simmer, covered, for about 12 minutes.
4. Remove the sachet, dreain and serve.
