Melvit Boil-in-Bag Groats Spelt 400g / Orkiszowa Kasza

Melvit's portioned groat packets make all those things possible all at once.Their high quality spelt groats from Poland are one of the many fine selections of groats we offer.

One of the many simple recipes for these groats can be made with ingredients at hand. You will need:

2 sachets of spelled wheat, 2 radishes, 1 clove of garlic, 1 carrot, 1 red capsicum, 1 yellow capsicum, celery, chives, 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Cook the groats as shown on the packaging, then cool. Dice vegetables into small cubes and combine with groats. Add soy sauce and rapeseed oil, season to your taste. Before serving chop up fresh chives and sprinkle over.

Simply delicious!
