This delicious dish of the famous Toulouse Sausage served with bullion beans from Jean Larnaudie in the South-west of France will delight lovers of this French bistro classic. Made with the classic Toulouse pork sausage, French beans and a delicious traditional sauce.

Arrange your beans and sausages in a terrine, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put in a very hot oven for about 10 minutes.
