Kvas Wort Concentrate Slavic 550g
Kvass wort concentrate is used to prepare 25 liters of kvas. Kvas is made from mash will delight you with a rich taste and aroma of rye bread.
The original recipe kvass drink: to prepare 25 liters of kvass dilute in warm (35-40C) drinking water 8-10 table spoons of kvass wort; add 2\3 cup of sugar, 6-7gr of compressed yeast; keet at a temperature of 25-30C for 18-20 hours. When ready filter the residue and store in a cool place.
