Adjika hot sause is a spicy condiment that originated in Georgia.

While the sauce did not originally include tomatos, special russian and ukrainian recipies introduced tomato as an additional ingredient.

Ingredients: tomato paste, carrots, sweet paprika paste and savoury paprika paste (paprika paste, salt, thickener - xanthan gum, acidity regulator - citric acide, preservative - potassium sorbate), water, sugar, rapeseed oil, garlic, apple vinegar, spix mix, parsley, salt.
