These potato dumplings are coarsely ground and perfect to soak up gravy and meat juices.

Kartoffelland is one of the few manufacturers specializing on potato products that are quickly and easily made.
Preparation: mix contents into 500ml of cold water.
Let it swell for 10 minutes.
Moisten hands and form 8 dumplings.
Place dumplings carefully into lightly salted, boiling water.
Bring water back to boil briefly, then reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes.
Ingredients: potatoes, potato starch, iodised salt, thickener sodium alginate, palm fat, citric acid, mono and diglycerides from plant based fatty acids, aroma, spices, antioxidant-sodium metabisulfite, colour: curcumin and riboflavin.

Great Potato Dumplings
By: pk565218020619 on 12 June 2019Have been searching to purchase this dumpling mix locally without any luck. After an exhaustive web search I stumbled upon 'ruskiwaydeli' and found what I was after. This dumpling mix is so easy to prepare and cook. I made a huge batch of dumplings served with speck fried with onions and a huge dob of sour cream. Everyone commented how great they tasted; highly recommend this dumpling mix. Left over dumplings were fried in butter and served up and they also tasted delicious!
