These potato dumplings are coarsely ground and perfect to soak up gravy and meat juices.
The potato dumplings are an original German specialty.
A perfect side dish for meats and vegetables.

Preparation:
1. Place desired quantity of dumpling bags into a pot and cover well with lightly salted, cold water.
2. Bring the water to boil and boil for one minute then reduce to simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Remove dumplings from hot water and rinse briefly under cold water.
4. Tear open the bad and serve dumplings.
Ingredients: potatoes, potato starch, iodized salt, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides from plant based fatty acids, palm fat, antioxidants (sodium metabisulfite), curcumin.
