Kartoffelland 15 Potato Pancake Mix makes 15 easy to prepare potato pancakes that are a wonderful accompaniment to any meal.
Feast on one of Germany's famous potato treats when you try our Kartoffelland Potato Pancake. Simply add water and fry with oil. Each pancake can be served with applesauce to complement this unique taste!
Preparation:
Stir the contents of package into 500 ml of cold water and stir well by using a wire whisk. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes to thicken. If desired add one egg.
For each pancake drop one tablespoon of mixture into a well greased, hot non-stick frying pan and spread flat.
Fry until the pancakes are golden yellow and crisp on both sides.
