This is a wild product and should be thoroughly washed before use.
Instruction for use: rinse the mushrooms thoroughly in lukewarm water, then place into a small bowl and fill with hot water. Allow to soak for 20 min then drain and rinse well. Then plunge the mushrooms into boiling water for 1 min and drain. After that same preparatinon as fresh mushrooms.
50g of dried porcini will weight about 125g after rehydration.
