Instruction for use: Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly in lukewarm water, then place into a small bowl and fill with hot water. Allow to soak for 15 min then drain. Then plunge the mushrooms into boiling water for 1 min and drain. After that same preparatinon as fresh mushrooms.
Ingredients: dried shiitake 25%, dried pleurotus 25%, dried black fungus 25%, dried bolutus edulis 25%.
