Chef’s Choice Gelatine Powder 150g / Gold Grade 200-220 Bloom

Chef’s choice edible gelatine powder is a natural setting agent that turns liquid into gel.

It’s ideal for both sweet and savoury dishes such as jellies, ice creams, mousses, cheesecakes and panna cottas.

Directions for use: place cold water in a small bowl and sprinkle the powder while whisking with a fork.

Set aside for 5 min or until spongy.

Stand the bowl in a heatproof bowl of hot water and stir until gelatine dissolves.

Never boil as it loses gelling power.

Cool slightly before adding to the mixture you want to set.

Both mixtures should be a similar temperature to avoid any lumps.

Don’t let the mixture sit too long or it will solidify.

No artificial colours of flavours.
