Bonchef Truffle Sauce 500g / Salsa Tartufatto

This Truffle Sauce is a mixture of ingredients and flavours that are combined to make a ready to use sauce or salsa. Aromatic and delicious the sauce can be used stirred through Risotto or pasta, with mushroom or as a part of an antipasto plate. It works very well with Italian fresh cheeses such as mozzarellas and baked ricotta.

Ingredients: champignon mushrooms 60%, olive oil, flavouring, breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), summer truffle 5%, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic.
