The lesser known dry cured beef salami. Close in flavor and texture to the Braunschweig sausage, however it is a little less spiced giving a slightly gentler touch.

Ingredients: 100% raw meat (beef tendon removed high grade, back fat), salt, paprica ground, black pepper ground, nutmeg ground, flavor enhancer, acidity regulator, ascorbic acid (antioxidant), starter culture, color fixer (sodium nitrite).
