Kvass Ochakovskiy 500ml
"Ochakovskiy" is a dark kvass of double fermentation with sweet and sour taste and aroma of rye bread crisp. This kvass is made of natural ingredients; it perfectly refreshes, invigorates, relieves thirst and gives strength.
With the simultaneous lactic and alcoholic fermentation kvass "Ochakovskiy" has great health benefits. It contains a unique set of amino acids and nutrients needed to man.
Secret starter is a part of kvass "Ochakovskiy" recipe and based on the stories of old residents of Russian villages.
Ingredients: prepared water, sugar, concentrated unfermented wort (rye flour, rye malt), pure yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria in the form of a mixed yeast, carbon dioxide.
