Golubtsy Cabbage Roll 2pc
A cabbage roll is a dish consisting of cooked cabbage leaves wrapped around a variety of fillings. It is common to the cuisines of the Balkans, Central, Northern and Eastern Europe.
Meat filling is traditional in Russia, often beef, lamb, or pork seasoned with garlic, onion, and spices. Grains such as rice and barley, eggs, mushrooms, and vegetables are often included.
Cabbage leaves are stuffed with the filling which are then baked, simmered, or steamed in a covered pot and generally eaten warm, often accompanied with a sauce. In Eastern Europe tomato-based sauces is typical.
Ingredients: sugar loaf cabbage leaves. Filling: beef mince, rice, black pepper, salt, seasoning, tomato sauce. Sauce: tomato paste, seasoning, onion, carrot, sunflower oil.

Very tasty
By: Adam on 9 January 2021Tastes good and feels good in the gut, this helped big time with a hangover. Similar to how a bacon and egg roll helps to relieve hangover gut, this food has the same effect.
